Open Rehearsal: An afternoon of Flute Choir Playing 7th July 2024

On the first Sunday of July, and our last rehearsal before the summer holidays, our Musical Director, Fiona, invited flautists far and wide to dust off their flutes and come and join us in an open rehearsal. This event was really well attended by players from beginner to advanced level. We almost raised the roof in Saint Paul’s with our renditions of William Tell’s Overture and Cossack Ride. There was plenty of variety from our repertoire, and it was great to meet other players and make music together. The tea and cake at half time was also too notch! Thanks to all the bakers!
If you attended this event and would like to join us on a regular basis, you’ll be made very welcome at our next rehearsal. Check out our membership page for more details.
